Amanda – Long Time Patient

Amanda and her entire family is a patient of the Laser Dentistry of North Jersey. She has been Dr. Bucher’s patient since she was 4 year old. Dr. Bucher has been taking care of all of her dental needs from teeth cleaning and fillings to extractions. Amanda trusts Dr. Bucher and would highly recommend him to anyone.

AMANDA: I’ve been coming to Dr. Bucher since I was four, for my first cleaning. I’ve had several things done, from teeth cleanings to extractions to fillings. I’ve been coming here for years and I love it. You walk through the door and it’s warm, it’s cozy. They tell you from A to Z what you’ll be having done. They make you feel comfortable. They tell you what will happen in the end; what you’ll need to have done. It’s been comforting and it’s always a pleasure to come here. My entire family comes here, my parents, my grandparents, my sister, my niece and nephew. We really love the experience. We talk about it when we’re sitting around eating dinner. Everybody’s comforting and funny and you walk in and you really feel like a family. I’ve been coming here since I was young, and they’ve watched me grow, and every time I come they ask me about my experiences and how I’m doing and they remember everything I said from last time I was here. When I was younger, they used to use a machine that would go around my head. Now they just put a picture that they take from me in the chair, and it goes right on the computer. They have another machine that tests for cancer inside the mouth, which I’ve never even seen. She explained how it worked. It looked great, and she even showed me on the TV how it worked. It lets me know that they keep up with what they’re doing, and lets me know that they’re educated; they’re keeping up with the times, with the new advances and with new health concerns, and it’s very comforting to know that they still are trying to learn more and be better and be one step ahead. And it’s good to know that I don’t have to worry about my mouth. Every time I come it’s check up, and I leave here knowing that I’m safe. I would recommend Dr. Bucher to anybody, because when you come here you know that the staff is comforting, the technology is the best, and you know when you leave here you’re in good hands and everything is taken care of. I would recommend it to anybody.
